  • Executive sponsor regularly involved in your account
  • Escalation of any unresolved issues within 4 hours
  • Quarterly review of service quality/delivery at your site
  • 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week monitoring
  • Customized "Crash Kit" on client site
  • 2 hour remote support response
  • Remote software upgrades and fixes
  • 24 hour onsite service response
  • Next business day onsite hardware fix response
