Margaret Marcucci - CEO & President 

Under Margaret’s leadership since 2004, Coranet has increased revenue, improved EBIT, and added Fortune 100 clients and government contracts, thereby expanding its geographic footprint to a national level.  Margaret is responsible for leading the development of Coranet’s financial strength, marketing strategies, and employee development. She focuses on P & L, customer relationships, expansion of suppliers, product and service offerings, increased corporate and employee certifications, and upgrade of technology and processes.

Margaret is a proud recipient of the WBENC Star award during 2016; Margaret and 13 others are being honored nationally throughout the year for excellence among WBE’s. Margaret is also a member of the  Enterprising Women of the Year Class of 2016. During 2015, Margaret received the Women President's Educational Organization (WPEO) Star Award, as well as SmartCEO’s Center of Excellence award for leadership in technology among medium-large companies. Margaret and Coranet have received many “Done Deals” awards from the WPEO over the past several years.  Margaret has also been widely recognized by other organizations. For example, NJ Biz named her as one of the New Jersey’s 50 Best Women in Business for 2014 and in 2013 WPEO designated her to represent the group on the prestigious WBENC Women’s Enterprise Forum.

Prior to Coranet, Margaret spent 13 successful years with Principal Financial Group leading Sales and Services teams. Margaret graduated from the School of Management at Binghamton University with a BS in Management Science. She is also an alumna of the Tuck Business School Executive Education at Dartmouth and the Accenture Diverse Supplier Development Program.

Peter Spears Peter Spears - Executive Vice President and General Manager 

Peter oversees Service Operations, including Project Management, Technician Performance, Remote Triage, Dispatch and Service Metrics. Peter has been instrumental in reengineering our Customer Care Center operation, measurably improving service metrics. Most recently, Peter has been responsible for operational expansion to support new national Coranet accounts. Peter has been with Coranet 12 years, with nearly 30 years of executive-level experience in technology services. Romolo Marcucci - Senior Vice President & Customer Advocate 

Romolo is responsible for initiatives to strengthen our client relationships, reduce response time and increase quality assurance. He also provides advisory services and insight to all areas of Coranet, including Operations, Customer Service and Account Sales and Marketing. He focuses on all automated programs to improve customer relations and sales forecasting, reduce response time and delight our customers and has a special passion for our Net Promoter Score program. Romolo is an industry veteran, and draws on a wealth of experience earned as Director for Coranet, COO for Comforce Telecom, Operations Manager for Northern Telecom/Bell Atlantic and Thrift Administrator for Bankers Trust Company. Romolo is a graduate of SUNY Binghamton - Harper College and the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). Romolo serves on the NJIT board. Michael Procopio

Michael Procopio - Executive Vice President 

Michael Procopio is currently the Executive Vice President at Coranet Corp. where his responsibilities include the account management role for the company’s global financial services clients. Along with these responsibilities he heads the Federal government group and works with some of the government’s largest federal integrators on delivering specialized solutions to the military.

Michael’s approach to the sales process incorporates his extensive technical background and his continued direct involvement in the company’s solutions. He holds a number of Cisco certifications as well as those of other product manufacturers. He has the ability to communicate at all levels of any organization. Some of the Coranet solutions he has worked on at a Federal level have been deployed to the battlefield in both Iraq and Afghanistan.

As a member of the senior management team at Coranet, he is instrumental in the strategic direction of the company by defining key partners and products the company uses in their solutions. He works closely with the company’s primary suppliers to insure the Coranet solution is superior to the competition. Along with this he also manages the strategic alliances and provides input into the company’s plans for expansion both geographically and technically. Richard Oleksik - Vice President 

Dick drives Client Development, Growth and Client Satisfaction at major Coranet accounts. He also manages adherance to ISO standards and processes, including audits and our Net Promoter Score survey program. He has been with Coranet for the past 20 years and has decades of experience in the telecommunication field, primarily at AT&T as a PBX field manager. While at Coranet, Dick also consulted with numerous school districts and SMBs to provide guidance with their technology budgeting and funding, Board of Ed reviews and technology installations. Catherine Cammarano Catherine Cammarano - Director of Finance

Cathy is in charge of Corporate Administration and Financial Control, overseeing all banking, accounting, compensation, benefits and budget activity. Thomas Waters

Thomas Waters - Director of Engineering 

Tom leads Design and Engineering of Infrastructure, Project Management and Network configurati on. Tom has been with Coranet for over 20 years and has played a major role in expanding Coranet's service quality programs and certifications. Kevin O’Brien

Kevin O’Brien - Director of Sales and Marketing 

Kevin is responsible for Business and Channel Development. He has been with Coranet 15 years, and graduated from Le Moyne College, before earning an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Barbara Kohl - Director of Customer Care & Administration

Barbara is responsible for all aspects of administration. Barbara has been with Coranet for nearly eight years, with over 20 years of technology and telecommunications experience. She has spearheaded significant improvements in our processes – both internal and client-facing. Barbara graduated from Mercy College with a BA in Administration.
