Margaret Marcucci Named Leading Women Entrepreneur - Coranet CEO Margaret Marcucci is one of New Jersey’s Top 25 Leading Women Entrepreneurs of 2013, according to the Leading Women Entrepreneurs (LWE) Initiative. Each year, LWE chooses a group of business women in New Jersey who exhibit outstanding performance and achievement in business and economic innovation, community involvement, and advocacy for women. LWE cited Margaret for excellence and leadership in each one of these areas.
On December 5th in Bedminster, N.J., Margaret and 24 other exceptional women are being celebrated for their strong business acumen and influence they possess to re-invent in an ever changing and ever challenging marketplace and economy. More info.

CEO Margaret Marcucci Presenting Awards - On September 20, 2013, CEO and President Margaret Marcucci presented awards to the 2013 WBE Leadership Award winner for the NY region and the Access New York City Award winner at the annual Women Presidents' Educational Organization (WPEO) Breakthrough Breakfast and Procurement Fair. Coranet was also a WBE (Women Business Enterprise) Lead Sponsor for the event, which was held at The Plaza Hotel in NYC. As the winner of both awards last year, Coranet had the honor of presenting again this year.
Coranet Donation Benefits New Jersey Youth - Through a donation from Coranet, dozens of youth throughout New Jersey have enjoyed tickets to the New York Liberty women's professional basketetball games this summer at The Prudential Center in Newark. The Catholic Charities Dioceses of Metuchen, Morris County Your Shelter, Willowglen Academy, and other agencies are distributing the tickets to disadvantaged teens, under the auspices of the New Jersey Alliance For Youth, Children and Families (NJACYF).
Coranet Exhibited at 2013 WBENC Conference- Coranet recently exhibited at the WBENC (Women’s Business Enterprise National Council) National Conference in Minneapolis and introduced our new Network & Physical Security Solutions. Cisco Recertifies Coranet® - Camelot Communications Group, Inc. DBA Coranet Corp has been re-certified as a Cisco Premier Certified Partner in USA. Once again, we met all requirements for achieving Cisco Premier Certification, including personnel, support and specialization. We have continued to demonstrate that we are qualified to sell, install and support Cisco solutions in the USA.
White House Communications Agency Recognizes Coranet Team Members. The White House Communications Agency has recognized the outstanding efforts made by five members of the Coranet team for the March 21 visit of Vice President Joe Biden to New York City Hall. For two days, Coranet technicians worked tirelessly to ensure that communications equipment was set up and worked properly for the Vice President and the Secret Service on their visit, the first by a Vice President to City Hall in 34 years. The efforts of our individual team members make a difference for the organizations we serve, and we are pleased to be living our motto: We Put a Face to Technology®.
Corning Elevates Coranet to "Expert" in Network of Preferred Installers. Corning Cable Systems has elevated Coranet to “Expert” in its LANscape® Network of Preferred Installers. To achieve this level, Coranet has dedicated resources that are trained and certified in engineering, installation and maintenance, as well as maintaining affiliations and other certifications in the telecommunications industry. Coranet sources, installs and maintains a significant amount of Corning products. As a Corning Expert partner, Coranet has the ability to warranty Corning solutions for both material and labor for 25 years. Corning is a global supplier of end-to-end fiber optic solutions for telecommunications networks.
Coranet CEO Serving on Women's Enterprise Leadership Forum. Coranet CEO Margaret Marcucci has been named to the prestigious Women's Enterprise Leadership Forum, representing WPEO (Women Presidents' Educational Organization) NY. The Women's Enterprise Leadership Forum drives the success of all WBENC-certified Women's Business Enterprises (WBEs) through education, opportunities and resources. Forum members work closely with WBENC (Women's Business Enterprise Council) to promote the benefits of certification and to facilitate corporate business opportunities for all types of WBEs. The Forum meets three times a year - in March, in June at the Annual Conference,and in November in Washington, DC. Margaret attended her first Forum meeting during the WBENC Summit & Salute, March 13-14 in Baltimore honoring Women's Business Enterprise Stars, exemplary WBEs from across the country, and select corporations that provide WBEs with growth opportunities in today's competitive marketplace. These organizations received top honors at this recognition event.

Coranet Wins Two Done Deals Awards from WPEO - The Women Presidents' Educational Organization (WPEO) has awarded the Done DealsNew York City award and WBE Done Deals Leadership Award 2012 to Coranet. The WPEO presents these annual awards to the Women Business Enterprise with the most Done Dealswith the City of New York and the greatest number of awards in the entire Tri-State area. CEO Margaret Marcucci accepts this award at the WPEO Annual Breakthrough Breakfast in Manhattan on September 14th, 2012. A regular recipient of these awards since 2007, Coranet won the combined "Total" category for the first time this year. Coranet is re-Certified ISO 9001-2008 by Underwriters Laboratories - DQS - On June 28, 2011 Coranet Corp. was re-Certified as an ISO 9001-2008 Company. Underwriters Laboratories awarded the certification after an intensive two-day, on-site, Triennial Compliance Audit. The Underwriters Laboratories' evaluation process utilized multiple experienced process auditors, who are expert in operations and who followed a disciplined UL Management Systems Solutions auditing methodology. The Compliance Audit generated substantial amounts of factual evidence, which allowed the evaluators to conclude that individual Coranet functional groups such as Customer Care Center, Engineering, Project Management, Service Technicians and Materials have the correct customer service metrics and processes in place to assure continuous improvement and consistency of field operations in the delivery of Coranet's technical services to customers.
