White House Communications Agency Recognizes Coranet Team Members. The White House Communications Agency has recognized the outstanding efforts made by five members of the Coranet team for the March 21 visit of Vice President Joe Biden to New York City Hall. For two days, Coranet technicians worked tirelessly to ensure that communications equipment was set up and worked properly for the Vice President and the Secret Service on their visit, the first by a Vice President to City Hall in 34 years. Coranet CEO Serving on Women's Enterprise Leadership Forum. Coranet CEO Margaret Marcucci has been named to the prestigious Women's Enterprise Leadership Forum, representing WPEO (Women Presidents' Educational Organization) NY. The Women's Enterprise Leadership Forum drives the success of all WBENC-certified Women's Business Enterprises (WBEs) through education, opportunities and resources. Forum members work closely with WBENC (Women's Business Enterprise Council) to promote the benefits of certification and to facilitate corporate business opportunities for all types of WBEs. The Forum meets three times a year - in March, in June at the Annual Conference,and in November in Washington, DC. Margaret attended her first Forum meeting during the WBENC Summit & Salute, March 13-14 in Baltimore honoring Women's Business Enterprise Stars, exemplary WBEs from across the country, and select corporations that provide WBEs with growth opportunities in today's competitive marketplace. These organizations received top honors at this recognition event.

Coranet Wins Two Done Deals Awards from WPEO - The Women Presidents' Educational Organization (WPEO) has awarded the Done Deals New York City award and WBE Done Deals Leadership Award 2012 to Coranet. The WPEO presents these annual awards to the Women Business Enterprise with the most Done Deals with the City of New York and the greatest number of awards in the entire Tri-State area. CEO Margaret Marcucci accepts this award at the WPEO Annual Breakthrough Breakfast in Manhattan on September 14th, 2012. Coranet Exhibited at WBENC Conference - Once again, Coranet Corp. exhibited at the Women's Business Enterprise Council (WBENC) National Conference and Business Fair held in Orlando, Florida from June 19th - 21st. This event brought together women business owners and industry leaders seeking to expand opportunities for Women Business Enterprises (WBE). Coranet appreciated being one of the 100 exhibitors helping WBENC "Celebrate 15 Years" as the organization crafted its "Roadmap to 2020."
Coranet is re-Certified ISO 9001-2008 by Underwriters Laboratories - DQS - On June 28, 2011 Coranet Corp. was re-Certified as an ISO 9001-2008 Company. Underwriters Laboratories awarded the certification after an intensive two-day, on-site, Triennial Compliance Audit. The Underwriters Laboratories' evaluation process utilized multiple experienced process auditors, who are expert in operations and who followed a disciplined UL Management Systems Solutions auditing methodology. The Compliance Audit generated substantial amounts of factual evidence, which allowed the evaluators to conclude that individual Coranet functional groups such as Customer Care Center, Engineering, Project Management, Service Technicians and Materials have the correct customer service metrics and processes in place to assure continuous improvement and consistency of field operations in the delivery of Coranet's technical services to customers.
